I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was lovely and quiet, and the layout of the hotel was well-designed. One of the best things about this place was the free parking - such a convenience! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist me. They couldn't have been more helpful.

Mind-blowing decor, spacious and cozy apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Large balcony with free Wi-Fi. SUPER location near Nissi beach, cafes, and shops. Jaw-droppingly helpful managers. Daily cleaning and no ants.

It was super close to numerous beaches, with Nissi beach just an 8-10 minute walk away. The hotel is also near the bus stop, making it easy to explore the party town and the rest of the city.

Great location, just a block away from the beach and within walking distance to popular attractions and amenities. Friendly and helpful staff who provided excellent service.- Clean and tidy rooms.- Delicious and reasonably priced cocktails available at the bar.

Noisy at night due to close proximity to a main road, not recommended for families with children. Some furniture in the kitchen and bathroom appeared old and worn out.

During my recent stay at the Florence apartments, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of cleanliness and service provided. The owner of the property went above and beyond by bringing us fresh fruit from the gardens at the back of the property. Additionally, the daily cleaning and towel changes were a nice touch. The location was perfect, just a short walk from a sandy beach and with shops and restaurants nearby. The extra large terrace with a washing line was also very convenient.

The only minor drawback I experienced was the road noise from Nissi avenue, but this was expected as I am familiar with the lively atmosphere of Ayia Napa.

The low-traffic road ensured a quiet night's sleep. The friendly host made us feel right at home. The availability of parking spots was a huge plus. We were pleasantly surprised by the well-equipped kitchen, allowing us to cook our own meals. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this place for a perfect vacation!

We were in Ayia Napa for a week-long vacation and chose to stay at Florence Hotel. The apartments were really nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the location was excellent. The beautiful Vathia Gonia beach was just a block away, and the famous Nissi beach was within a 10-minute walk. The hotel is situated in a relatively quiet part of town, but still close to the city center and clubs. we had a great experience and enjoyed the variety of delicious yet affordable cocktails at the bar.
